You can only spend the alloted cap money and that's it. If you're over the cap, you have to cut a player. I'd really like to see the Cowboys use one first rounder to get a CB, then use the other first round pick to trade down and acquire additional picks. The secondary needs help before the offense does. I was surprised a couple of years ago when I went to Texas Stadium for the Thanksgiving Day game and they were selling a Cowboys spa, in the shape of the star logo. They can't afford it anyway. Not enough room under the cap. But I do like the Raiders and they've made a good move in acquiring Hall. Some players in the league are just made to play for the Raiders, at least there was a time when that was the case. I miss those days of the true Raiders.
