However, I would rather be in the big game and lose than not be there at all. In 6 years OSU has played for the title 3, they are 1-2. Both loses hurt but Tressel has done an amazing job. I hope he will recruit the caliber of player that will allow them to compete with the SEC however. This was supposed to be a rebuilding year for them and they end up at the big dance?? Not bad for rebuilding. There is a good chance they will be in the running next year as well. The USC game will tell alot about them early in the season. Yea the losese are embarrasing but losing the big game is better than not playing in it. I am a bumming Ohio State fan today. A bunch of lumbering galoots plus I would rather have one of those guys throwing footballs at the Dr Pepper can at halftime than either Hegge or Boeckman. Florida and LSU will do the same thing that Oregon and Illinois did, spread em out and wipe em out.
