I'm basing this off of what the newspapers were hinting towards. The NCAA spokesman seemed ok with the 4 game suspensions. I will say I heard a rumor a few times that this started with the female track team getting books for their boyfriends, and got the football players to help them with it. If it is less than $100, the players pay it back and sit out only 1 game.
