Maybe you should try researching before you pretend to be a Georgia fan while making asinine comments from Fort Jackson, which is right here in Columbia. Understand private dumb-ass? Now give me 10 push ups!!! Unlike Tom, I do a little research before I make a post to insure that my facts are correct. I would like to applaud Spurrier and the University of SC for raising their academic standards abouve the minimum set by the NCAA. I love my Dawgs, but do wish the academic standards of GA were among the top tier of the SEC instead of dead last. Koodos to SC for that. When a Football program signs a player on Signing Day, it is the obligation of the Admissions Office of that University to make a hasty decision on whether or not that student will be admitted. Waiting until three days before the start of class is totally unaceptable. Spurrier had no problem with the higher standards set by the university, however he did have a problem with the timing of their decision. From what I gathered, Spurrier was furious with the timing, not with the higher standards. He dealt with the same higher standards while coaching the Gators. In other words, do your homework Tommy! LOL. Your're the one that looks kinda stupid there bud! ;) Had the Admissions office at USC made their decision earlier, we (GA) could have had another shot at those players! Supposedly that part of the process has been corrected. I say keep denyings those top recruits and send them our way! Go DAWGS!
